First payment of 50% of total order is to be paid immediately. the second payment of total balance is to be paid once the contractor has done 75% of its work. The final payment should be made upon completion of work. All materials are guaranteed to be as specified.
All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according with the standard practices.
Any alterations or deviations from above specification involving extra cost will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate.
All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Our workers are fully covered by insurance.
Acceptance of proposal. The above prices, specifications are hereby accepted. You are authorized to do the work as specified. Payment is outlined above.
